Shipping and Returns

Our shipping policy is simple. We take the utmost care in packaging all goods that leave our store. If an article arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will advise on what needs to be done to arrange a replacement. This may include you sending us photographs of the damaged item, or returning it to us (at our expense).

We always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. After receiving your order and payment we usually ship within 3 business days, often sooner. If your order is urgent, just let us know and we will do what we can to help.

If a product is faulty then we will, at our discretion, either replace it or offer you a full refund (including postage). For this to happen we may require you to photograph the product and/or return it to us (at our expense).
